OK Let's Start STEP 1: First download & install WinRAR from http://www.rarlab.com/download.htm if you have already install skip this step. STEP 2: Right click on your protected excel file click open with and click choose a default program... and select WinRAR from your installation path (where you install WinRAR default location is C:\Program Files\WinRAR) and Click OK button STEP 3: Now you see given bellow file structure in your excel file when you open it on WinRAR, now open following path xl > worksheets (Note: you all excel file work sheet show on this directory with .xml format).
